Each workshop includes practical learning, superfood beverage & bites, and the opportunity to learn in a small group.

So much of what we hear about health only makes things more confusing. The truth is, your body has always needed the same thing—real food, prepared in ways that help it do what it’s meant to. Our Wellness Workshops bring you back to those basics.

With guidance from our nutritionists and wellness chefs, you’ll finally understand how your body works and how food and lifestyle habits can either support or sabotage it. Everything is explained in practical terms you can actually use at home. Workshops are simple, they’re eye-opening—and they’re the perfect complement to our detoxes, cleanses, or your weekly Market visits.

Every Wellness Workshop includes:

  • Nourished Signature Protein Muffin prepared by our wellness chefs
  • Choice of Beverage: Superfood Smoothie or Probiotic Bone Broth Latte
  • A 90-minute session, led by our nutritionists and wellness chefs, with plenty of time for your questions
  • Our signature mineral water to sip and hydrate while you learn
  • Guided visual presentation and notes sheet
  • Take-home recipes, guides and handouts that make applying what you learned simple—and doable—in everyday life

We keep workshops small—about eight people in the room.

If you’ve been dealing with gas, bloating, constipation, acid reflux, food sensitivities, or have just felt “off,” your gut is sending signals—and they’re worth paying attention to. What No One Taught Us About Being Healthy

In this foundational workshop, our wellness chefs walk you through the 8 (simple) daily habits that support long-term health, energy, and resilience. You’ll learn how they work together, why they matter, and how to integrate them into real life—whether you’re addressing a current health challenge or preventing a future one. When people ask us where to start, it’s always here.

How big are the classes?

We keep workshops small—just eight participants—so the experience stays personal and everyone has time to connect and ask questions.

Yes—while they aren’t hands-on like a cooking class, the workshops are designed to be engaging and conversational, with guided teaching, and time for plenty of Q&A.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes—we do our best to accommodate common dietary needs, as we do in everything we offer at Nourished! Please let us know when you register if you have allergies or restrictions, and we’ll confirm what’s possible for that workshop.

Will the information be too advanced (or too basic)?

Neither. We keep workshops approachable for anyone—whether you’re just starting out or already well into your health journey. You’ll learn concepts most people were never taught, explained in clear, down-to-earth terms, with plenty of practical takeaways you can use right away.

Do workshops sell out?

Do I need to bring anything?

Nope—just yourself! We provide water, a snack, and a sheet for notes, along with take-home handouts and recipes.

Can I come alone, or do people usually register with a friend?

Either works! Many guests come solo and love the community feel, while others register with a friend, spouse, or colleague. With only eight seats, it’s always a welcoming group.
