The broths, teas, elixirs, and GEL-LOs are all made in small batches by our chefs, with real vegetables, herbs, and spices.
The broths are light and savory, the elixirs taste clean and citrusy, the GEL-LO is gently sweet without artificial colors, and the tea is calming with subtle mint and floral notes. Most people are pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable everything is!
Will I get enough calories/protein to feel okay?
That is our intention, yes.
Unlike the standard clear liquid list (mostly sugar water), this kit includes collagen protein, mineral-rich broths, electrolytes, and antioxidants. It’s designed to give your body essential nutrients and support pH balance—not leave you depleted or sugar-loaded.
Is it filling enough? Will I be hungry?
